To obtain a good understanding of our progress during the creation of our pop promo, we decided to gather audience feedback from our fellow students and teacher.
My teacher's main points were that she was impressed with our performances and she thought that the lip-sync was strong. She also liked how we flicked between narrative and performance.
To improve we must change how it feels like a short story rather than a pop promo, to do this we must shorten the opening, making it more fast paced rather than a slow narrative.
Our student focus group told us that they really like the range of shots and the effects we have used, but they think we should cut down the length of the shots, making the pace of the piece slow which isn't what we want our video to have as it is a pop promo.
